We are seeking gracious, poised, and safety-focused individuals for our entry-level Flight Attendant positions based in Honolulu (HNL). 'No experience' is necessary; we provide 8 weeks of paid, world-class training in Honolulu. Core Responsibilities: As the face of Hawaiian Airlines, your primary kuleana (responsibility) is the safety and well-being of our guests. You will embody our 'Ho'okipa' (hospitality) by delivering authentic, warm service, conducting safety checks, and serving complimentary meals on our long-haul flights. Qualifications & Requirements: Must be at least 21, legally authorized to work in the US, and hold a valid passport. A High School Diploma or GED is required. 2+ years of premium customer service experience is preferred. Must be able to pass a swim test and demonstrate poise under pressure. Training & Work Schedule: This role requires full flexibility for a 24/7 operation, serving North America and international destinations. You must be available for long-haul 'night shift' (red-eye) flights, 'day shift' inter-island flights, 'weekend' assignments, and all holidays. Compensation & Benefits: Hawaiian Airlines offers a competitive wage, with an estimated annual base from $40,000 to $65,000.
